Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:Assist with job postings candidate screenings interviews and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:Address employee concerns conduct investigations and mediate conflicts.
- Performance Management:Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback.
- Training and Development:Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
- HR Administration:Maintain employee records process payroll and manage benefits.
- Policy Implementation:Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- HR Projects:Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee experience.
