Position Description:

To perform strategic approach to develops continuous improvement goals towards building relationship anticipating future hiring needs and creating a sustainable pool of candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Screening resumes.
• Performing inperson and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
• Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
• Set continuous improvement goals.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings college visits and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
