Job Description
About the role:
We are looking for aHead ofDesign & UXto spearhead our design initiatives and manage projects from concept development through to fullcycle web service implementation. You will be working closely with marketing and other departments to design the best iGaming products.

What youll do:
- Ensure our products offer an outstanding user experience (UX) making them intuitive userfriendly and in line with our brand.
- Develop and implement branding and conceptual designs from scratch creating a cohesive and attractive visual identity. This includes setting tasks collaborating with branding agencies and approving their work.
- Build and lead a team of designers establishing efficient design processes and fostering effective collaboration with the technical team.
- Set metrics and criteria to evaluate the quality and impact of design work.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovations to enhance our design strategies and processes.
- Create growth plans for both personal and team development mentoring and nurturing designers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all projects.
What we expect from you:
- A deep understanding of user experience (UX) and usercentered design principles.
- Experience in the gambling industry.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth interaction with the technical team and other stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in team management with the ability to build and develop a highperforming design team.
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining design system.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of motion design to boost the visual appeal and engagement of our projects.
