Job Summary

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Vice President of Services Delivery to lead and optimize the performance of our servicebased teams including software development quality assurance managed IT and IT outsourcing (ITO). This role is essential to CloudPSOs mission ensuring service excellence aligning with business goals and fostering longterm client relationships and innovation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge including handson experience with coding in Python Java and .NET alongside expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. They should also have a solid understanding of Windows and Linux systems. This person will oversee all facets of team management including recruitment training and process improvement to consistently achieve CloudPSOs high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage service delivery teams including developers QA specialists managed IT professionals and ITO experts to maintain high productivity and quality that aligns with CloudPSOs standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Use handson knowledge in Python Java .NET and other programming languages to guide teams support complex technical issues and drive coding standards across projects.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development: Lead recruitment onboarding training and performance management to build a collaborative highperforming team.
  • Service Delivery Optimization: Establish and improve processes to enhance service quality efficiency and scalability directly impacting client satisfaction and retention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact for client escalations understanding client needs and ensuring services are delivered according to client expectations and business goals.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide guidance in Azure Cloud AWS Windows Linux and coding best practices to support team success in handling complex projects and ensuring project success.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs and SLAs proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion process improvement initiatives and innovation in service delivery contributing to CloudPSOs goals of efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in service delivery management with strong technical knowledge in Python Java .NET and process improvement.
  • Proficient with Azure Cloud AWS Windows and Linux systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling and leading multidisciplinary teams including recruitment and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic focus on driving business outcomes and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication organizational and clientfacing skills to effectively align service delivery with business objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL DevOps or Agile methodologies with experience in optimizing service delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in project management IT service management and client relationship management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a datadriven approach to monitoring and improving service performance.
