Job Description

Our client who provides personal growth and professional development business requires a Digital & IT Support Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Digital Coordinators you will be primarily responsible for supporting the organizations technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of digital systems which includes providing technical assistance to employees troubleshooting issues maintaining hardware and software and contributing to the overall efficiency of Digital & IT operations.


Responsibilities.

  • Provide daytoday technical support to staff members for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Install configure and update software applications and operating systems on various devices.
  • Maintain hardware assets including desktops laptops printers and other peripherals by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues that cannot be addressed inhouse.
  • Assist in managing all company IT infrastructure websites software tools applications CRM systems databases (Kajabi Slack Trello Bitrix Microsoft Tools) and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Support the implementation of IT projects by assisting with testing training and documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner utilizing IT service management tools.
  • Assist to educate employees on best practices for IT usage and security to enhance digital literacy.
  • Collaborate team to develop and implement strategies for improving IT support services and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in office coordination and administration.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Digital Coordinator/Lead Operations.
  • Perform all other duties tasks and projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor s degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Possess one (1) three (3) years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Should have proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues including operating systems and productivity applications.
  • Possess knowledge of network protocols systems administration and IT security best practices.
  • Possess strong communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
