The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director of a financial institution by handling ITsavvy administrative tasks focusing on advanced Excel and PowerPoint work. Responsibilities include streamlining communication information and support systems for the MD s office coordinating committee meetings and managing CEO communications.

Administrative & Analytics Support Roles:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO including calendar and email prioritisation.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders which can influence policy and decisionmaking processes.
- Ensure the CEO s office operates with an efficient filing and data management system.
- Oversee tasks assigned by the Managing Director
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the CEO and other team members.
- Prepare presentations write reports analyse data and other information which would be required from time to time.
- Assist the senior management in managing and coordinating special projects initiatives or events working closely with other team members and departments.
- Use discretion confidentiality and good judgment to handle CLevel matters.
- Complete adhoc projects as assigned such as personal events and/or family needs.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately
Committee & Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and document monthly Management Committee meetings including agenda setting and action tracking.
- Distribute minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Coordinate internal communication and drive the PowerPoint presentation preparation for key meetings.
Human Capital Support
- Work with HC to take notes during disciplinary hearings
Board Support and Liaison
- Act as the administrative point of contact between the CEO and the board of directors.
- Coordinate Board meeting related arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with board members.
- Liaise with the company secretary to ensure compliance with board regulations and timely distribution of materials in electronic or print format prior to meeting

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced capabilities for data analysis reporting and creating impactful presentations.
