Logistics Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
• With at least 24 years of relevant work experience in government regulatory
• Advanced computer skills
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends when needed
• Willing to render overtime when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with various government agencies for regulatory requirements such as licenses permits certificates type acceptance and other compliance
  • National Telecommunications Commission
  • Bureau of Customs
  • Optical Media Board
  • Philippine Export Authority
  • Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
  • Department of Trade and Industry
  • Philippine National Police Logistics Center
  • Environmental Management Bureau
  • Dangerous Drugs Board
• Do physical and system application including online processing of government regulations such as OACEIS and NSW.
• Process reports required by the government such as Sales and Stock report by NTC.
• Assist in monitoring of reports for both incoming and outgoing
• Perform other logisticsrelated tasks such as warehouse operations and reporting.
