Job Description
This is a remote position.

Responsabilities:

Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design to deliver products on time and within scope.
Oversee product development from ideation through launch ensuring alignment with product vision
Gather feedback to continually improve product features and functionality.
Communicate product plans progress and performance to stakeholders.
Engage with key clients and partners to understand their needs and gather insights for product enhancement.
Monitor user engagement and satisfaction to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on HCM solutions.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in product management software and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset.
- Proactive and resultsoriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open to feedback with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
