Job Description
- Design and configure network infrastructure including routers and switches
- Identify and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently
- Manage various infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCNA, CISP, CCNP certifications
- Work closely with the Service Delivery and Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of all IT services
- Take a proactive approach to network security, implementing measures to protect against potential threats
