- Lead and manage IT airport projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
