Job Description
You‘ll make an impact by:
- Digital Core Services Support: Support of local setup for every Digital Essentials/Platform and Service project, Service Implementation or Major Service Change
- IT Demand Management: Advice on and collect IT Infrastructure related demands and ensure end-2-end demand fulfillment to customer and other IT functions for the (Lead) Country
- Service Quality & Provider Management: Ensure service quality for local, digital Essentials and Platform Services and collaborate with related Value Centers for global services.
- Service Lifecycle and Service Management: Service Lifecycle and Service Management for all local provided IN Services, or global services with local component.
