Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities related to the Quality & Safety Management System as required by DI guidelines and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety Environment legislation.
Liaise with Quality Management and Standard bodies (i.e., Third Party Inspection / Certification Agencies, HSE etc.)
Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
Ensure implementation of (improvement) measures.
Manage stakeholders (internal & external) related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external Quality audits.
Evaluate, analyze quality issues, and implement systems to identify, track, report and reduce or eliminate non-conformities.
Actively participate at all levels, from strategy to implementation as well as actively influence and motivate a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems.
Handle Customer Complaints and escalation related to Quality and EHS topics.
Communicate with Management and Staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations.
Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues of Quality and Quality Management System.
Ensures the implementation of quality improvement methods and improves process performance management (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA)
Conduct Hazard, Risk Assessment and Aspect & Impact assessment to implement operational controls.
Participate in various meetings, trainings, and updating documents and records for all aspects of the Quality & Safety Management Systems.
