Job Description
You'll make an impact by:
- Strategic HR Support: You'll identify needs and help develop HR initiatives that align with company goals.
- HR Expertise: You'll guide managers through HR processes (Support HR inquiries involving contract-related matters, facilitate access to on-demand P&O solutions for managers and employees), answer complex questions, and empower them to use HR resources.
- Data-Driven Decisions: You'll use data analysis to understand people-related trends and support informed business choices.
- HR Compliance: You'll collaborate with the H2R (Hire-to-Retire) team to ensure HR data management follows regulations and company policies.
