Logistics Operations Team Leader

Were looking for an Logistics Operations Team Leader for a leading freight transport company in Europe.

Description:

• Ensure efficient performance in road and intermodal transport aligned with the companys overall strategy
• Provide guidance coaching and mentorship to 2 team members
• Monitor and manage transportation schedules ensuring timely delivery to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with customers to resolve any issues related to logistics operations and service delivery
• Support and purchase of service partners for the expansion and nbsp;and maintenance of the service network for full charter and one way carriers
• Responsibility for all operational processes: operational coordination of capacities and production resources determination of capacity requirements implementation and sustainable security of standard processes traffic flow analyzes further development of productivity Quality and key figure systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferably in logistics.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience ideally with an international logistics service provider.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills to drive alignment and collaboration across Europe.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Good knowledge of the most common MS Office products.
• Initiative and a proactive approach with strong leadership skills.
