Currently we are looking for VM Social Platform Operations Coordinator (m/w/d)
Tasks
Led product and operational strategy for VMoment (VM) a social product promoting healthy living responsible for retention activity and revenue.
- Managed product operations and brand presence across TikTok Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube etc. overseeing content/event planning fan engagement and growth.
- Independently drove product marketing efforts innovating customer acquisition models ensuring user growth and improving ROI.
- Contributed to optimizing product user systems content ecosystems and strategies to boost Daily Active Users (DAU).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of content ecosystems and user needs in social products developing effective engagement strategies.
- Collaborated with production and research teams ensuring project success.
Requirements
- Possesses a bachelors degree or higher along with over 3 years of seasoned operational expertise.
- Demonstrates a keen sensitivity to data adept at identifying issues through data analysis and offering insightful improvement recommendations. Possesses clear and logical thinking.
- Exhibits robust communication skills and exceptional abilities capable of proactively driving interdepartmental collaboration and implementation of initiatives.
- Preferred background includes experience in overseeing operations for largescale health panentertainment live streaming social AI or similar products.
- Proficient in local language English and Chinese.
