We are seeking a skilled Social Media Team Lead with a minimum of 2 years of management experience in social media advertising who will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the effectiveness of our social media department.
What Youll Do Every Day
Lead and mentor a team of 5 social media specialists in content management social media engagement marketing research and market intelligence ensuring alignment with the companys objectives.
Foster team growth through ongoing support professional development and crossdepartmental collaboration. Prioritize streamlining processes and boosting efficiency to support the company s rapid expansion.
Oversee content creation management and engagement across social media platforms while proactively managing risks safeguarding intellectual property and monitoring competitor activities to ensure a competitive advantage.
Content Management & :
- Content management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and client requirements. Oversee the daily creation curation and scheduling of content across Instagram and Facebook ensuring consistency and quality.
- Comments processing: Lead the team in actively managing and responding to comments and interactions on social media platforms particularly Instagram and Facebook. Research the selling product specifics and form a database of canned answers to FB comments.
- Marketing Research and Market Intelligence: gathering and analyzing data about the market competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Plagiarism detection: Manage and oversee ad plagiarism detection on Facebook and form documents to protect our intellectual property.
Strategic Planning & Team Development:
- Leadership & Vision: Guide and mentor your team in the development and of strategic plans that align with the company s goals. Inspire and unite the team around a shared vision ensuring everyone works cohesively towards common objectives.
- Team Growth & Development: Provide continuous support and development opportunities for your team through regular oneonone meetings performance feedback and professional growth initiatives. Foster an environment of collaboration innovation and accountability.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Partner with departments across the company to align with business goals. Work with sales and designer teams media buyers IT and a CRO department.
- Efficiency and Improvement: Identify areas to create greater efficiencies automate processes and implement innovative social media tools to streamline manual processes.

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in social media advertising and digital marketing
- Experience in people management at least 2 years
- Experience in working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Proven ability to build respectful and positive relationships with colleagues
- Strong understanding of social media platforms social media support tools and analytics
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Ability to create engaging and innovative content
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
Big Plus:
- Certifications in social media or digital marketing
- Experience in working with chatbots CXM CRM platforms
- Experience in developing and refining copy while leveraging A/B tested messaging to optimize social media engagement
