Key responsibilities
- Central mailbox coordination
- Proactively managing deadlines by being in touch with internal teams and clients
- Firs point of contactin terms of complex client queries
- Workflow administration (request and review status administration)
- Preparation of invoices and multifirm engagement agreements
- Support with management report preparation for Operations Managers
Requirements
- University/College degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to identify potential problems and issues
- Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills
- Precision reliability and client orientation
- Good computer skills basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint and experience in pivot and trending analysis are a great advantage
