The System Sales Supervisor manages the System Sales Team which is tasked to introduce the companys products to the specialized market of Hotels Hospitals Buildings Country Clubs Mall Establishments and Retail Stores. The candidate must be excellent at presenting the products of the Company as well as convincing them on the benefits.
This role will directly report to the Head of Sales
- External Contacts: Mall Operators Mall Tenants and Target Clients
- Work Setup: onsite with field
- Working Schedule: MonFri 9:00AM 6:00PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Incharge of soliciting sales for the following:
- Wayfinding Systems and Digital Directory Solutions
- Display Products Equipment Sales such as LED Products o Large Format Displays (LFD)
- Goal setting and Achievement
- Client Profiling and Engagement
- Sales and Product Presentation
- Prepare weekly Activity report
- Present products/services effectively
- Prepare proposals and Ad packages more consistent in order to generate sales
- Sales Leads
- Sales Report
- Sales Activity and liaison to TROs
- Performance (usage) report to clients
Requirements
- Graduate of related courses in Management and Marketing. Sales experience in IT products and service or Software solutions.
- Must have an understanding of software applications in order to explain the functions of the program properly.
- Ideally knowledgeable in LEDs and Digital Display System Integration of hardware products and software programs.
- Very personable and accommodating to client demands.
- Must know how to handle negotiations properly
- Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila. Interpersonal skills is very important.
- With the ability to tap clients from the specialized market of Hotels Hospitals Buildings Country Clubs Mall Establishments and Retail Stores
- Willing to do fieldwork
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig office
