Job Overview:
The Sales Support and Admin role is crucial for facilitating the smooth operation of the sales department and ensuring efficient coordination between various stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team managing salesrelated documents assisting in proposal creation and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Additionally this role involves tasks related to market research sales reporting and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Job Description:
Maintaining proposal templates in word and Powerpoint
Prospect list preparation analysis and integration with CRM
Customising proposals based on needs and key messages identified by BD Managers
Prospect development support including research collation and preparation of premeeting information followup communication CRM data input
Generation of sales reporting and analysis from CRM system
Secondary research and analysis on key target clients sectors and competitors as needed
Requirements
Job Requirement:
Excellent English Writing Skills
Experience in Operating and Setting up Customer Management System (CRM)
Extensive Knowledge of Standard Microsoft Products Particularly PowerPoint and Word
Experience in designing and formatting proposals to create visually appealing and professional documents.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate over the phone with clients effectively and internal staff
