IT Network Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking a driven resultsoriented individual to support our network team. This individual will primarily manage the existing wireless aspect of our softwaredefined network infrastructure and expand it to other locations. The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Conduct an inventory of all current wireless infrastructure.
• Issue Resolution: Perform status checks and resolve any known issues currently in production before expanding to additional sites.
• Infrastructure Expansion: Expand the servicedefined network wireless infrastructure to additional campuses and sites.
• Documentation: Create update and maintain operational documentation.
• Configuration and Installation: Configure install and manage new access points.
• Reporting: Provide weekly status reports and daily monitoring of system status.
• Incident Resolution: Resolve tier1 generic network incidents and requests as well as tier2 and tier3 technologyspecific incidents and requests supporting wireless service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 years of experience in the following areas:
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver network solutions.
• Configuring implementing and managing network devices.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting complex network switches routers and firewalls.
• Operating managing and supporting routing protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP VXLAN).
• Operating managing and supporting nextgeneration firewalls.
• Operating managing and supporting wireless networks.
• Operating managing and supporting DNS.
• Operating managing and supporting softwaredefined networks.
• Operating managing and supporting network access controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in complying with regulatory controls.
