Job Description
Our client is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Manager this role focuses on designing analyzing and improving mechanical systems to meet performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the design and analysis of mechanical systems for construction projects.
Supporting senior engineers and project managers with engineering tasks.
Preparing technical drawings and schematics using CAD software.
Assisting in material and equipment selection.
Participating in testing evaluation and troubleshooting of systems.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems into projects.
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong academic background in thermodynamics fluid mechanics or materials science.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt.
Internship or coop experience is a plus but not required.
