Job Description
This is a remote position.
Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
Requirements
Tele callers responsibility is to make a coldcall or unsolicited calls either to get information or to market the companys product or services. We also know Tele caller as Tele calling executive telemarketing executive telemarketers telesales representatives telesales agents etc
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
