Currently Hiring an experienced CNM for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the coordination assessment planning implementation and review of care.
- Take a leading position in the efficient management administration and control of nursing and healthcare services with a focus on clinical leadership that is both effective and safe for patients and staff all while optimizing resource utilization.
- Creation and implementation of auditing and reporting in compliance with applicable laws and quality standards
- Provide essential training oversee manage performance and provide onboarding for new healthcare employees.
- Develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team inclusive health teams and other partners ensuring they are carried out and assessed.
- Ensure that every service users pertinent records are kept current and uncluttered in the appropriate center.
- Facilitate and conduct suitable training. Adopt all applicable clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Acquire the right to be registered or be registered in the General Nurse Division of An Bord Altranaiss Register of Nurses.
- Expert instruction in disciplines such as addiction housing psychotherapy community health or reflection.
- A preferred course is management.
- 3 years of postgraduate work
- Prior Group Work Experience with Complex Health Needs
