We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Nursing Home in Co Tipperary. This job is for someone wanting to join a busy wellestablished nursing home group.
Responsibilities
- Supervise lead and inspire employees to maintain the best possible standards for residential care.
- Manage the nursing homes daily operations to make sure everything runs smoothly and that there is an ideal staffing ratio.
- Uphold personcentered care while cultivating respectful and equitable interactions with residents.
- Exercise clinical leadership and cultivate an environment that values ongoing development.
- Ensure all applicable laws and rules such as the Health Act of 2007 and HIQA standards are followed.
Requirements
- Third Level Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with An Bord Altranais and hold an active PIN.
- Three years of postregistration experience required two of those years must have been spent in management and in nursing homes.
- A desire to give senior citizens exceptional care combined with demonstrated leadership abilities.
