- Manage inventory and restocking of supplies to ensure efficient operations for the following day.
- Handle cash transactions reconcile the till and prepare shift reports for management review.
- Support and train the night team in safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage guest concerns efficiently.
- Familiarity with security protocols and safety procedures with a focus on creating a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Basic financial and cash handling experience including endofshift reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently lead a team and maintain composure during busy or challenging periods.
