Position: Junior HR Team Lead

What You ll Do
As an HR team member your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Supporting the hiring process by identifying talented individuals assisting with interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Support: Acting as a first point of contact for staff queries providing guidance on policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions and helping employees develop skills to excel in their roles.
- HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records preparing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
- Team Engagement: Promoting a culture of recognition and wellbeing through employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assisting in appraisals and supporting managers in driving performance within their teams.
Who You Are
We re looking for someone with:
- A background in retail or customer service preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience.
- A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in HR and people management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A detailoriented approach and good organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for problemsolving and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
