Job Description
This is a remote position.
ScaleX Solutions is one of the fastest growing outsourcing company in the Philippines and Australia.
Were currently hiring for a Bookkeeper for one of our esteemed clients.
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience and must be familiar with working for or with Australian clients. Proficiency in using Xero QuickBooks or MYOB is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bookkeeping function
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure financial data integrity
- Reconcile accounts prepare financial statements and generate reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other tax compliance tasks
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Support the preparation of endofyear accounts and audits

Key Requirements:
