We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and engaging websites that are optimized for conversion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our websites align with our overall digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and engaging websites that are optimized for conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and UX, to ensure successful website design and development
- Develop website wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
- Monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in web design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Experience with website development tools, such as WordPress or Wix
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and their impact on conversion
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
