• Design and develop visually appealing and engaging websites that are optimized for conversion
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and UX, to ensure successful website design and development
  
• Develop website wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
  
• Monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in web design or a related field
  
• Strong proficiency in web design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
  
• Experience with website development tools, such as WordPress or Wix
  
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and their impact on conversion
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
