Job Description: Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, passionate about customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions to their inquiries. 4. Demonstrate leadership skills by taking ownership of customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary. 5. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions. 4. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms. 5. A demonstrated passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
