Category Management: Oversee the Snoonu Prime offerings, ensuring a diverse and superior selection of dining options that cater to the preferences of luxury consumers.
Vendor Relations: Forge and maintain robust partnerships with to secure the best terms and highest quality for our offerings.
Market Analysis: Regularly perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends in fine dining, evaluate competitive dynamics, and adapt pricing strategies accordingly.
Product Development & Sourcing: Innovate and expand our fine dining experiences, sourcing options that enhance our platform's attractiveness to high-end customers.
Promotions & Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that effectively engage and expand our customer base within the luxury market.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced dashboard analytics and KPIs to monitor sales trends, gather customer feedback, and adjust business strategies to boost performance.
Product Assortment Management:
Assist in curating the product assortment for a specific category based on market trends, customer demand, and sales data.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability, timely stock replenishment, and product selection alignment with customer needs.
Pricing Strategy and Optimization:
Help develop and maintain pricing strategies for the category to stay competitive and maximize profitability.
Monitor competitor pricing and recommend changes to stay ahead in the market.
Category Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze category performance regularly, focusing on sales trends, inventory levels, and stockouts.
Use data insights to identify opportunities for product promotions, pricing adjustments, or seasonal changes.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with suppliers to maintain good relationships, ensure timely delivery of products, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Manage purchase orders, ensuring that the right products are ordered in the right quantities at the right time.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in category management, e-commerce, or a closely related field, preferably with exposure to the hospitality industry.
Capability in data analysis, comfortable using metrics and insights to drive decisions.
Excellent skills in both areas, crucial for liaising with both external vendors and internal teams.
A creative outlook with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, committed to enhancing customer experience and staying updated on market trends.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and Excel, and knowledge of category management software is advantageous.
Fluency in English, both written & spoken (Arabic will be an advantage)Category Management Knowledge:
Understanding of product categories, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Familiarity with category analysis and the ability to work with sales data to optimize product assortment and pricing.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data, consumer insights, and trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of product performance, inventory, and vendor relationships.
