DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and oversee the Primary Education teaching team to foster a collaborative and highachieving environment.
• Craft and execute educational strategies and initiatives that encourage impactful learning and holistic development in line with the schools policies Basque educational legislation and LOMLOE.
• Provide reports to the General Director and engage proactively with the schools leadership especially with the German department to integrate language and cultural education.
• Regularly assess the academic and instructional quality of the teaching staff offering positive feedback and tailored assistance.
• Work in partnership with fellow educational authorities to maintain consistency and alignment of the curriculum across all levels of education.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Elementary Education or related field. leadership roles
• Knowledge of German and Basque (min C1)
• Essential experience of 5 years as a teacher in Primary Education with at least 2 years in educational leadership roles.
• Indepth knowledge of best pedagogical practices and current educational trends.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership team management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
