We are an innovative and rapidly expanding digital banking organization seeking customeroriented individuals to join our team. As a Remote GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist youll be responsible for isting our Germanspeaking clients with a variety of banking services offering excellent customer support and introducing them to our cuttingedge digital banking solutions. This is a fully remote position but you must be residing in Spain.
Role Summary:
As part of this role you will be responding to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels such as phone email WhatsApp and live chat. You will ist clients with a range of bankingrelated queries including account issues pword resets transaction istance and product information. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all required training. We are seeking individuals with strong communication abilities a customerfirst approach and the willingness to learn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer istance:
- Provide excellent customer service to Germanspeaking clients via telephone email WhatsApp and live chat.
- Address inquiries related to banking services such as account setup pword recovery and transactionrelated issues.
- Guide customers through the digital banking platform and help them resolve their issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to all customer queries.
- Product Information:
- Inform customers about digital banking products and services designed for the German market.
- Clearly explain the features advantages and potential risks of different banking and investment products.
- Proactively offer appropriate banking solutions based on the customers needs while following regulatory guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle backoffice duties including managing customer emails WhatsApp messages and live chat inquiries.
- ist with account changes doent management and other administrative processes.
- Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the companys internal system.
- Compliance & Regulations:
- Adhere to all banking regulations ensuring transparency and customer protection.
- Maintain ethical communication in line with regulatory standards.
- Keep uptodate with regulatory changes in digital banking that apply to the German market.
- Performance & Quality:
- Meet or surp quality and performance targets elished by the company.
- Achieve customer service goals and sales objectives while ensuring a customerfirst approach.
- Report any issues with the banking application and follow up on their resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or native in German (C1 level or higher) with strong English ss. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Location: Applicants must reside in Spain and have a reliable internet connection.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service or finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
- CustomerCentric: Excellent communication ss with a pion for solving customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems quickly.
- ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively and think critically to find solutions.

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the banking sector is helpful but not essential.
