Position Overview:
Were in search of a GermanSpeaking Account Manager to join us in Barcelona. In this role youll be tasked with overseeing a territory of at least 90 independent retailers ensuring they receive regular quality interactions that drive stock optimization sales growth and foster stronger business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated territory of at least 90 independent retailers.
- Conduct weekly quality phone calls to store owners focusing on advancing their stock holdings promoting appropriate new releases offering insights on improving product sales and nurturing positive business relationships.
- Utilize your fluency in German to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new product releases sales promotions and market trends ensuring effective communication of relevant information to retailers.
- yze sales performance metrics for igned retailers identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in account management sales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
