Job Description

We are a growing international digital banking company looking for enthusiastic customerfocused professionals to join our team. As a Remote GermanSpeaking Customer Service Advisor you will play a key role in supporting our Germanspeaking clients helping them with their banking needs and introducing them to innovative digital banking solutions. This is a fully remote role but you must be located in Spain.

Position Overview:
In this role you will handle customer inquiries via phone email WhatsApp and live chat ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing accountrelated issues isting with pword resets managing transactions and offering relevant product recommendations. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication ss a pion for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:

    • Deliver exceptional support to Germanspeaking customers through various channels including phone email WhatsApp and chat.
    • ist clients with issues related to account setup pword recovery transactions and other digital banking services.
    • Guide customers in navigating the digital banking platform and solving their concerns efficiently.
    • Ensure all customer queries are handled promptly and accurately.
  2. Product Information:

    • Educate clients about our innovative digital banking products and services for the German market.
    • Clearly explain the features advantages and risks of various banking and investment products.
    • Recommend banking products based on customer needs following compliance and regulatory requirements.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Perform backoffice tasks including managing email and WhatsApp requests and handling chat inquiries.
    • ist with account updates doent management and other administrative tasks.
    • Ensure all customer interactions and processes are accurately doented within internal systems.
  4. Compliance & Regulations:

    • Follow all internal and external regulations related to customer service transparency and protection.
    • Ensure all communication with clients complies with ethical and regulatory standards.
    • Stay updated on relevant changes to banking laws affecting the German market.
  5. Performance & Quality:

    • Meet or exceed companydefined performance and quality benchmarks.
    • Achieve customer service and sales targets while maintaining a customerfirst approach when recommending products.
    • Identify and report any technical issues with the banking platform and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Language Ss: Fluent or native in German (C1 level or above) and proficient in English. Knowledge of Spanish is an et but not necessary.
  • Location: Must reside in Spain and have access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Education: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in customer service or finance are a bonus but not required.
  • Customer Focus: Strong communication ss with a customercentric mindset and the ability to handle issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Tech Ss: Comfortable using digital platforms with a quick ability to learn new systems.
  • ProblemSolving: Able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and think critically to resolve issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational ss and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Eager to Learn: Willing to participate in companyprovided training to build expertise in digital banking.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or banking experience is welcome but not mandatory.
