Medical Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Service Manager to lead our clients fertility clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the fertility clinic ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency patient care and quality of services.
• Collaborate with fertility specialists nurses administrative staff and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including patient outcomes and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage financial aspects of the clinic including budgeting financial planning and resource allocation.
• Facilitate staff training and development to maintain high levels of professional competence in fertility treatments and patient care.
• Ensure effective communication within the clinic team and across departments.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management preferably in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
• Strong knowledge of fertility treatments (IVF IUI) healthcare regulations accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets financial planning and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
