Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for a leading Insurance Service Provider in Colombo Sri Lanka.
The selected candidate is responsible for driving the sales strategy overseeing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. The CSO will work closely with other members of the executive team to align sales initiatives with the company's overall strategic objectives.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales leadership excellent strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills for this position.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles preferably in the Insurance Telecommunications and Service industries with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive decisionmaking.
