Monitor industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation within the luxury market.
Assist in preparing Monthly Performance Review (MPRs QPRs as well as Strategy and budget sessions) that focus on key metrics budget variances and actionable insights.
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with our clients Balanced Scorecard initiatives.
Coordinate and support the implementation of crossfunctional projects including ESG initiatives customer experience enhancement and operational efficiency efforts.
Ensure project milestones are met and provide timely updates on progress to senior management.
Develop presentations insights and reports for various internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather information and align strategic objectives with functional goals.
Build and maintain financial models to analyze the potential impact of strategic initiatives such as currencyfocused budgeting and resource allocation adjustments.
Provide datadriven recommendations to optimize project outcomes and support longterm objectives.
B.SC in Business Admin/Finance/Economics or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate strategy within a luxury or customerfocused industry financial services or a management consulting environment.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (excel Power BI) and project management software is a plus
Understanding of customer experience (CX) metrics and tools with the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and written)
