IT RECRUITER (Freshers with Internship Experience in IT Recruitment) Work from Office Immediate Joiner
- Qualification: Must be a graduate in B.Tech/MCA / BCA/ BE/ BSC
- Location: Marathahalli Bangalore
- Must have excellent communication skill
Roles and Responsibilities
Upgrade your skills by working on endtoend recruitment for leading MNC companies.
Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine and Linkedin.
Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Assess knowledge Communication skills aptitude and experience of the applicant.
Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be a Fresher.
- Interested to make career in to the recruitment field.
- Basic Technical Skills
- Must be comfortable working under a target.
- Must be living within 5 to 7 kms nearby Marathahalli or can relocate nearby Marathahalli.
- Must be living in Bangalore currently.
Benefits
- CTC up to 3 LPA
- Day shift (9:30 AM 6:30 PM)
- 5 days Working (Saturday & Sunday off)
Requirements and skills BBA / MBA with specilization of HR preferable looking for this Type of candiadte Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques, including group interviews Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems Familiarity with social media sourcing Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding internships Good networking abilities
