Currently Hiring an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager for their Dublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week we are open to flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- In maintaining with companys Strategic Plan create and implement an ambitious plan that includes yearly plans to maximize income growth from corporate community and philanthropic partnerships.
- Put a special emphasis on strengthening partner relationships to encourage and maximize longerterm engagement for sustained growth and ongoing support.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external meetings and take advantage of learning and development opportunities.
- Develop strong internal connections by working cooperatively with colleagues to deliver on objectives and keep all relevant stakeholders informed and involved.
- Coordinate well with the larger communications and fundraising team to launch new campaigns and events.
Requirements
- It is necessary to have a thirdlevel degree in a related field such as marketing or business development.
- Two years of fruitful charity fundraising experience preferably in business development or corporate fundraising
- A track record of effectively creating overseeing and implementing corporate collaborations while surpassing their goals
- Demonstrated ability to meet financial goals through proactive relationship creation and sound financial planning abilities
- strong familiarity with and comprehension of CSR and ESG principles as well as best practices in fundraising
