Grocery Supermarket Store Manager Job Waterford
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Retail Store Manager to lead a highperforming team in a leading supermarket chain based in Waterford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to take ownership of the daytoday operations drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
Our client will offer a salary of up to 55000 DOE.

- Manage inventory control ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and ensure the store meets its financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews providing training and development opportunities for staff.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising store layout and visual presentation.
