Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Template Customer Benefits and Presentations:
    • Develop and maintain templates for customer benefit presentations to enhance communication with clients.
  • Property Search and Alerts:
    • Conduct online research to identify potential properties that align with clients preferences.
    • Set up and manage property alerts to keep clients informed about new listings.
  • Property Enquiries:
    • Communicate with property owners and real estate agents to send property enquiries on behalf of the Buyers Agent.
  • Property Collation and Review Preparation:
    • Gather and organize property information for review by the Broker.
    • Utilize project management tools like Trello to streamline property collation processes.
  • Due Diligence and Documentation:
    • Assist in conducting due diligence processes including liaising with councils and relevant authorities.
    • Prepare documentation related to property transactions for clients.
  • Client Communication:
    • Schedule and coordinate catchup meetings with clients.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to address their queries and provide updates.
  • Filing and Organization:
    • Manage filing and organization of documents using G Suite tools to ensure easy access and retrieval.
    • Maintain a systematic digital and physical filing system.
  • Past Client FollowUps:
    • Initiate contact with past clients to maintain relationships and offer assistance with future property endeavors.
  • Property Catalog Maintenance:
    • Categorize and maintain a wellorganized property catalog for reference and presentation purposes.
  • LinkedIn Networking and Research:
    • Complete LinkedIn connections and research relevant industry connections and information.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Utilize Mailchimp and other email marketing platforms to create and distribute propertyrelated newsletters and updates.



Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Trello.
  • Familiarity with G Suite including Google Drive and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of propertyrelated processes and due diligence preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems particularly Pipedrive is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client communication.
