We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates for a range of positions both IT and nonIT based on the specific requirements provided by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidate
• Effectively communicate with our internal recruiters
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information and prepare the CV with our template.
• Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter or sourer preferably in both IT and nonIT fields.
• Experience in global recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment sourcing tools and software.

Compensation: This is a feebased collaboration with a fee of 500 EUR per successful hire. The Freelance Recruiter will be compensated for each candidate successfully placed with one of our clients.
