Head of Content

As Squareshot is transitioning towards servicing more and more fashion & lifestyle brands the importance of the brand is becoming undeniable. To support this process of brandbuilding and increasing our reach we are looking for a Head of Content who possesses three essential characteristics: has a vision knows how to manage people who can execute it and tracks its effectiveness.

Tasks

• Lead the content division within the Growth Department setting strategic direction and establishing growthdriven content plans. This includes working closely with the Growth Manager to align the Content Strategy with existing and future growth strategies.
• Oversee the production of content across all platforms including our portfolio magazine social media channels newsletters ad creatives public profiles and podcast series.
• Manage a content team that includes a social media manager a fashion writer and a content manager as well as freelance designers and videographers.
• Support web development sprints by preparing content briefs for pages and features as well as taking part in sprint ideation.
• Lead the collaboration with SMM/content agencies to enhance content quality and ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using KPIs such as traffic engagement rates and lead generation adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as a Content/Creative Leader or similar role with a portfolio demonstrating previous successes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead both inhouse team members and external contributors.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape including social media trends SEO practices and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in audience growth and implementation of strategies.
• Fluent in written English. Excellent conversational English is a big plus.
• Interest in the fashion industry is greatly welcomed.
