Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
• Source screen and engage candidates through various channels including social media professional networks and industry events.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to inform recruiting strategies.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
