Staff Nurse

Job Description:

As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing compassionate and competent care to patients in various healthcare settings including hospitals clinics and community health centers.

***Location: Alabang Mandaluyong Manila Quezon City***

Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Delivering direct patient care according to established nursing care plans including assessment medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs.

2. Documentation: Accurately documenting patient information including medical histories symptoms and treatments administered in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Collaboration: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as doctors therapists and pharmacists to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.

4. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to infection control protocols maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.

5. Emergency Response: Responding effectively to medical emergencies and providing immediate care and support to stabilize patients until further assistance arrives.

6. Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• BS Nursing Graduate
• PRC Licensed Nurse
• At least 1year experience in the same capacity preferably gained from the same industry
