Position Title: Personal Assistant with Social Media Expertise
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary: Php.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 11:00 AM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERTISE

Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant with Social Media Expertise:

Provide highlevel administrative support to the executive team.
Manage complex calendars coordinate meetings and arrange travel itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Conduct research and compile data for meetings and projects.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas minutes and followups.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company s online presence.
Create curate and manage published content (images video written) on various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends and provide insights to improve engagement.
Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications as a Personal Assistant with Social Media Expertise:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office management tools.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite Buffer etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
