Job Description
HR Business Partner Job Location : Qatar Job Details : • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP in hospitality or related industry • Provide HR advice and guidance to Managers, Supervisors, and staff within the specific cluster/s. • Manage employee relations, including dealing with performance and conduct issues, and provide support for recruitment, retention, and workforce planning. • Manage the completion of appeals and grievances while providing feedback and recommendations to all relevant parties to improve future employee relations. • Assist supervisors with complex employee issues such as performance, attendance, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment. • Familiarity with HRMS & Qatar Labour Law. • Arab nationalities are preferred.
