If you'd like to embrace a wider world of experiences and opportunities, we'd like to welco A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help • Always follow safety procedures Punctual in attendance to check station is fully equipped to render service to guests • Ensures and maintains the highest quality standards of operation and service in accordance with hotel policy and procedures • Recommends to promote up selling and take order from the guest, follows up and ensure that this is carried out to the last detail • Coordinates with staff in the assigned station as well as with other Associates/Captains • Guest satisfaction must always be checked and any problems encountered must be relayed to outlet or station in charge • Coordinates with Kitchen with regard to menus, buffet, out-of-stock items and other significant details that are important to the outlet • Responsible in settling House Accounts, Room Charges, Officers Checks, Cash and Credit Card Payments and City Ledgers in Micros as well as the remittance of Cash and Cash Floats at the end of each shift • Performs other duties as required by the Outlet Supervisor/Captain or Manager • Is fully in charge that all coffee & tea related tools, equipment and resources are well maintained and in full working condition. • Is fully in charge to ensure sufficient supply to prepare the goods for the guests • Ensures that there is a constant change of offering and a pipeline of new ideas & techniques present • To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by your supervisor or department head or management • Read, understand and implement the relevant sections of the F&B SOP’s. • Make careful use of safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, aprons, overalls, shoes etc. and return safety equipment to its designated storage area after use • Take reasonable care when storing, handling and using chemicals and dangerous substances, lifting and carrying and using or cleaning dangerous work equipment, including machines What we need from you • Communication and customer service skills • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment • Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production • Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner • Possess the ability to work under pressure • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability • Passion for coffee and coffee artistry What you can expect from us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
