Job Description For Barista(HOZ11273) in Doha,Qatar. Description Barista provides attentive, dynamic, and inspiring tableside service for our restaurant guests. He must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging and service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.This role will work closely with leadership to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds the expectations of our guests. The primary responsibility of a Barista is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee-making equipment.A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience crafting coffee beverages preferredRefined verbal communication skillsHyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
